This item WILL replace the Minnesota 21 Day Temporary Permit booklet.  The DPS-DVS implemented a new motor vehicle system on November 16, 2020 which requires the use of item # 21TTAG. The Minnesota 21 Day Temporary Permit booklet can no longer be used after 12/31/2020. Visit the DPS-DVS website at dvs.dps.mn.gov and select the "Partner Resources" tab for question and help.
